Who ARE WE
We are a non-profit organization fostering inclusivity in society by promoting discussions, spaces and opportunities led by minorities in Luxembourg. We hope to encourage our leaders in re-thinking and re-shaping solutions regarding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) issues. We want to open doors for the mini versions of ourselves and make sure that the future generations don't have to face the challenges that we face.
Our Programs help young people to become leaders
PowHer
PowHer is an engaging 5 month interactive leadership program, comprising of workshops and individual coaching sessions. The program aims to provide young girls with the necessary skills to influence society with confidence and ambition.
Hidden Disability Hub
A program designed to serve young people with hidden disabilities, helping them reach and express their full potential through rights-based education and supportive spaces, to break down barriers and create opportunities.
Diverse teams, make businesses and organizations grow faster
When companies are more inclusive internally, they create safer, smarter, and more dynamic environments. This empowers them to be more aware of societal changes, and equips them with better tools to keep their business running successfully.
